Dragonfly Springs Wetland Sanctuary helps you provide students with a unique learning experience. It’s a fun way to learn useful knowledge and the experience will have them considering their environment in a more holistic fashion.
Wetlands are the liver and kidneys of our planet. In Northland, the degradation and destruction of 96-98% of our natural wetlands, mainly for farming has deprived us of important benefits such as storm water cleansing.
We encourage Education Outdoors and the full use of our nature preserve.
Pupils enjoy learning away from the IT world. Mother Nature’s world offers improved knowledge retention and the eco-system of Dragonfly Springs is a 15 acre natural classroom. We provide instructors from various environmental disciplines according to the interests of visitors.
